TERMS

PAYMENT
Full payment is required for showroom pieces, custom orders, and rush. Additional fees may apply for rush orders. All orders must be confirmed in writing, with Invoice/Quote and Terms & Conditions form signed. Buyer must provide a valid resale certificate at the time of purchase or sales tax will be applied.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. All sales are final. Orders are not cancellable after order has entered production.

FINISHES & MATERIALS
Finishes are subject to slight variations and irregularities of surface, texture and/or grain. While Workshop Collection makes every effort, no guarantee can be made of an exact match. Materials such as glass, wood and stone are unique and will vary in terms of veining, grain, color, pattern and scale. Similarly, while Workshop Collection endeavors to finish its metal components in a way to minimize discoloration and maintenance, the metals used in fabrication will eventually develop a patina. This is a natural occurrence and is not considered a defect. Leather is a natural material. Tick marks, imperfections and slight gradations of color are inherent and do not constitute a defect. Any images depicted in Workshop Collection promotional material, including but not limited to catalogues, websites, tear sheets, etc. do not constitute a guarantee that final orders will match these depictions and Workshop Collection cannot be held responsible for these differences as such variances do not constitute a defect.

LEAD TIMES
All lead times are estimated and are dependent, if applicable, on approval of finishes drawings and receipt of fabric/leather.
The Buyer acknowledges that, by its very nature, an estimated completion date is approximate. Various factors affect production and delivery items and Workshop Collection will not be held liable for any production delay or inaccuracy of any estimated completion or delivery dates.

SHIPPING
Shipping quotes are valid for 30 days only and are based on estimated weights, dimensions and current air fares/fuel prices, etc. The Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges after delivery. All payments are due upon receipt.

DELIVERY
Delivery costs are not included in the purchase price of goods. Deliveries can be arranged by Workshop Collection, or client may make arrangements independently. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify ordered goods can be delivered without impediment, or additional delivery charges (stair delivery, craning, disassembly et cetera) may apply. Delivery quotes are based on normal site conditions – i.e. elevator access, adequate openings, et cetera. The Buyer is responsible for inspecting goods at time of delivery. Any damage claims must be notated at time of delivery or Workshop Collection will not be held responsible.

COM/COL
Fabric and leather cuttings must be sent to Workshop Collection for approval with a copy of the COM/COL paperwork.

WARRANTY
All Workshop Collection products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Should a product(s) be delivered in poor condition please follow the instructions under Freight Claims. Workshop Collection will make every effort to assist in the resolution of the claim. Workshop Collection makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied and is not liable for wear, tear or other changes in any product after delivery, including changes resulting from the environmental conditions or use of the product.
